EAST COAST GRILLING
The East Coast and West Coast have different grilling and cooking techniques. The seasonings available are even different coast to coast.
OBJECTIVE
Develop an experimental cookbook that breaks the mold from the traditional.
APPROACH
Being from the East, I have noticed the difference in the food and the way it is prepared. Growing up, we had BBQs during the summer and summer holidays when the weather was hot, too hot to use the oven. We season our food differently. The food on the East Coast is more “in your face.” The cookbook was made to show how East Coast grilling does not follow the fancy and traditional grilling on the West Coast. It is more spontaneous.
